What we do for companies outside Europe. Most of our English-speaking clients come to us for one of four things. They want a trademark registered in the EU, Germany, Austria or Switzerland at a fixed fee, or they file themselves and need us as representative or address for service before the trademark office. They process data of customers in the EU and must appoint an EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR, or of customers in Switzerland and need a representative in Switzerland. They run a website, shop or app for the German market and need a privacy policy and legal notice or terms and conditions that hold under German law. Each of these services has a fixed fee and an inquiry form on this site, so that you can instruct us in English without switching to our German website.
